Warm up your holiday spirit at this year’s Hot Chocolate Crawl, part of the Miracle on Peachtree event series from Livable Buckhead. Whether you are bringing the kids for a sweet family outing or gathering friends for a festive night with spiked cocoa and cocktails, the 2025 Hot Chocolate Crawl has something for everyone. Enjoy live music, seasonal drinks, and the holiday atmosphere across two dates and locations, each with its own unique vibe. Can’t choose? Join both for twice the fun.

Admission is free, and with a $5 donation to Livable Buckhead, you will receive a commemorative campfire mug to take home as a holiday keepsake. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at participating locations.

On Saturday, December 6th, Livable Buckhead invites you to enjoy a festive evening in the Buckhead Village District, where holiday magic fills the streets and courtyards. As you stroll through the District and nearby shops, stop at participating locations to savor rich hot chocolate, creative cocktails, and seasonal treats. The Village comes alive with lights, décor, and the sounds of the season as local musicians perform throughout the walkable district.

It’s the perfect way to sip, shop, and celebrate with family and friends, and the fun continues just steps away with the Holiday Tree Lighting at Charlie Loudermilk Park, where Buckhead’s 24-foot holiday tree will shine over the district.

On Saturday, December 13th, Livable Buckhead invites you to take a festive holiday stroll along Peachtree Road, with Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza, and nearby shops serving as your backdrop. Warm up with decadent hot chocolate and sample specialty cocktails at participating locations, each offering its own holiday twist. The air will be filled with the sounds of the season as live performers bring music and cheer to this iconic Buckhead destination.

The evening wraps up at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta, where an all-ages holiday party keeps the celebration going with festive fun, music, and more holiday spirit.

On Saturday, December 6th, Livable Buckhead invites you to celebrate the holiday season by giving back to the brave men and women of Atlanta’s Fire Rescue and Police Departments. Join us for a heartwarming day of wreath decorating and card signing as we create festive gifts for all 43 fire rescue stations and police precincts across Atlanta!

Several tables will be set up in the Veranda in Buckhead Village, complete with all the wreaths and decorating supplies you’ll need to craft something beautiful. Whether you’re a wreath-decorating pro or just looking to get into the holiday spirit, there’s a spot for you! Drop by for a few minutes or stay the whole day. Your creativity will help brighten the holidays for those who serve our community.

This family-friendly event is a wonderful way to come together, have some festive fun, and say a heartfelt “Thank You” to our city’s first responders. Start your journey with a cozy cup of hot cocoa from the Hot Chocolate Crawl in the Buckhead Village District, then take a leisurely stroll to Charlie Loudermilk Park for our spectacular Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration.

At this free, family-friendly event, we’ll officially welcome the holiday season by lighting up Buckhead’s magnificent 24-foot holiday tree from Traditions, standing tall in the heart of Charlie Loudermilk Park. The evening will feature live holiday music and even llamas for festive photo ops, creating memorable moments for the whole family before the enchanting tree lighting ceremony at 7:30pm.

Arrive early to sip on complimentary hot chocolate and enjoy festive snacks while soaking in the holiday vibes. Bundle up, bring your loved ones, and be part of a joyful evening filled with music, lights, llamas, and holiday magic!

Celebrate Thanksgiving the South City way with a comforting, chef-crafted feast. Enjoy a 3-course holiday menu filled with refined Southern favorites in the dining room from 11 am to 7 pm, priced at $79 for adults and $39 for children. For those who like to relive the magic, leftovers packages are available to take home.

November 27: Astor Court invites families to gather for a Thanksgiving dinner crafted with elegance and tradition, offering a warm and memorable holiday meal at Atlanta’s Best Address.

A St. Regis twist on the traditional Thanksgiving feast. We will present a four course tasting menu with the unique element of an exquisite carving station. Showcasing our signature All-natural Roast Turkey, Rosemary Mustard Crusted Tomahawk Roast and Chef’s traditional accompaniments for the main course, our guests will have the opportunity to enjoy these offerings and more during the main course as they interact with St. Regis chefs. This experience is non-refundable.

Celebrate Thanksgiving with an unforgettable Italian-inspired feast at The Americano Atlanta. Chef Scott Conant presents a decadent holiday menu featuring Porchetta-Brined Roast Turkey with pancetta-chestnut stuffing, seasonal starters, handmade pastas, indulgent entrées, family-style sides, and festive desserts. Make Thanksgiving effortless with a fully prepared, chef-crafted holiday meal from Mission + Market. Pre-order your complete dinner and pick it up fresh on November 25 or 26. Each package feeds four generously and includes a full spread of holiday favorites, plus a leftover sandwich kit for the next day for $195 (feeds 4).

Menu Highlights: Blue cheese + local apple salad, butternut squash with ginger crème fraîche, whole turkey (broken down), brioche + sausage stuffing, turkey gravy, sweet potatoes with granola, green beans with mixed nut dressing, and cranberry relish.

December 6 – Winter Fest

Winter Fest fills Atlanta History Center with holiday wonder. Seasonal décor sets the scene as families explore historic homes and exhibits, enjoy festive activities, and soak up the spirit of the season across the entire campus.

Photos with Santa: Create a cherished holiday memory with professional photos alongside Santa at the “Texas” locomotive. Timed reservations are available with admission and offered while spots last.

Tinsel Tales: Holiday stories come to life for children during cozy Tinsel Tales sessions throughout the day at 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, and 2 pm.

Winter in Bloom Garden Tour: At 10:30 am, Goizueta Gardens horticulturists lead a guided walk highlighting evergreens and other plants that keep the landscape vibrant during winter.

Designing Your Winter Garden Tour: The 1:30 pm tour with the Vice President of Goizueta Gardens explores clever design techniques for year-round beauty, featuring Swan House Gardens and surrounding spaces.

Jingle Parade: Santa leads a merry parade through the grounds that invites everyone to join the fun. Final times will be announced closer to the event.

Caroling Performances: Carolers fill the air with favorite holiday tunes as they perform around campus at various times during the celebration.

November 28 – Black Friday Complimentary Oysters at Carmel

Carmel celebrates Black Friday with a special coastal treat. Guests who dine in can enjoy a complimentary round of oysters at Buckhead’s wood-fired seafood and oyster bar. Carmel brings the relaxed spirit of the coast to the heart of Buckhead Village with bold, seasonal dishes, fresh raw and grilled oysters, thoughtfully paired cocktails, and warm seaside style. This Black Friday is the perfect time to unwind, indulge, and enjoy a taste of the ocean without leaving Atlanta.

November and December: Santa Tuck-In gives children a magical bedtime moment in The St. Regis Atlanta’s rooms and suites. Santa arrives with a keepsake gift, shares a holiday story, and tucks little ones in for a memory they will never forget.

November 29 to December 31: A 22-foot Christmas tree transforms the lobby with a Nutcracker-inspired design by Jan Haedrich of MME.Mink. The towering display brings holiday elegance to Atlanta’s Best Address.

November 18 to December 24: Guests can browse the Astor Chalet in the lobby, where Lucy’s Market curates festive décor, specialty gifts, and seasonal delights perfect for holiday giving.

Celebrate the season high above Buckhead at St. Julep Rooftop, where the skyline sparkles and every corner shines with over-the-top holiday décor. Guests can sip seasonal cocktails crafted by St. Julep’s talented bar team, enjoy shareable bites by Chef Jay, and take in panoramic city views surrounded by illuminated greenery, cascading ornaments, and plenty of photo-worthy moments.

Located at The Kimpton Sylvan Hotel, 374 East Paces Ferry Rd NE, this pop-up bar offers a chic, cheerful escape for cocktails, conversation, and holiday celebration all season long.

November 28 to December 24: Afternoon Tea with Santa brings holiday enchantment to The St. Regis Atlanta. Guests savor seasonal treats and fine tea in a beautifully festive setting while Santa visits tables to create cherished family memories.

December 25: Christmas Day Brunch at The St. Regis Atlanta features an abundant holiday buffet, seasonal specialties, decadent desserts, champagne, and live music that adds sparkle to the celebration.

November and December: The St. Regis Bar sets the scene for festive cocktails with friends, seasonal cheer, and fireside moments on the terrace where Santa may appear, roasting s’mores and sharing a little holiday magic.

November 22 to 23: The season begins with twinkling décor, Stylish Santa photo sessions at The Veranda, and live music filling the district with cheer.

November 29 to 30: Santa returns for more photo fun along with Santa Helper Storytime, a cozy hot cocoa station, and a glowing Candlelight Symphony performance by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.

December 6 to 7: Holiday excitement builds as Stylish Santa roams the district, families decorate wreaths with APD and AFDR, kids enjoy festive crafts, and the Suzuki School performs. The evening features the Hot Chocolate Crawl and a sparkling Tree Lighting celebration at Loudermilk Park.

December 13 to 14: Stylish Santa is back with photo appointments and Storytime, keeping the holiday magic in full swing.

December 20 to 21: The final weekend delivers one more chance to meet Stylish Santa and enjoy Santa Helper Storytime as Buckhead Village wraps up the season in merry style.

The Atlanta Opera Holiday Performance – December 6 at 6 PM: Enjoy a magical evening of music in the Luxury Wing as the Atlanta Opera performs beloved holiday classics, free and open to all.
